Abstract
Severe aortoiliac arterial calcifications (AIC) accompanied or not by occlusive or aneurysmal lesions contraindicate kidney transplantation (KT). The age of the receivers increases and they present more AIC. A vascular preparation can thus extend the grafted population. The objective of this study was to describe the results of aortoiliac revascularization (AOR) in preparation for KT.
