Abstract

New Zealand plans to purchase four ships as part of the ANZAC Frigate project. In this paper, Peter Jennings, raises serious doubts about New Zealand’s ability to stay with the project, both on financial and political grounds. This paper will also appear in the Pacific Defence Reporter.
