Abstract

Anyons in the presence of static disorder and external magnetic field are considered. An effective action in terms of gauge fields and Q Hermitian matrixes with replica indices and frequency indices is constructed. The effective-field theory for transport of anyon quantum Hall (AQH) effect is obtained. A one-to-one mapping between the plateaus in the integral quantum Hall (IQH) effect and the AQH effect is established. This relation is absent in the metallic case. The localization length and critical exponents are found to be the same for the AQH and IQH case
