Abstract
This review of the literature is devoted to the consideration of mechanisms of the antitumor effect of flavonoids. The anticanceromatous effect of flavonoids is discussed in the context of their impact on the main stages of development of malignant tumor cells. At the same time, the influence of flavonoids on the activity of protein kinases, metalloproteinases, apoptosis, angiogenesis and the cell cycle of tumor cells is considered in detail.

This review of the literature is devoted to the consideration of mechanisms of the antitumor effect of flavonoids. Что ряд флавоноидов ингибирует действие ферментов I фазы метаболизма системы цитохрома P450, таких как CYP1A1 и CYP1A2, которые активируют канцерогенные свойства ряда ксенобиотиков [20, 23, 25, 34]. Однако сегодня большинство авторов полагают, что в основе антипролиферативного действия флавоноидов, как и замедления клеточного цикла, лежит ингибирующее воздействие на процессы внутриклеточной трансдукции в опухолевых клетках.
