Abstract
Several p-aminophenyl esters of beta-dialkylaminopropionic acids [H2N-C6H4.OOCCH2CH2N(R)2.2HCl] have been prepared and found to possess moderate antispasmodic activity against both histamine- and acetylcholine-induced smooth muscle spasms.
