Abstract

In article number 1900123, Kanjiro Miyata and co-workers develop a micellar assembly (ASOball) from a covalent conjugation between a thermoresponsive polymer, poly(2-n-propyl-2-oxazoline), and antisense oligonucleotide (ASO). The ASOball exhibits prolonged retention of ASO payloads in the lung and an orthotopic lung cancer model tissue, resulting in a superior gene knockdown effect in the lung cancer.
