Abstract

In article number 1900304, Paolo S. Ravaynia, Jennifer Keiser, and co-workers show a parallelized impedance-based platform with integrated electrodes for the detection of the viability of S. mansoni larvae exposed to test compounds. This unbiased and label-free technique enables to quantitatively score in parallel the responses of the parasites to multiple drug conditions, and allows for long-term and continuous assessment of in-vitro antischistosomal drug efficacy.
