Abstract

Since theories on age-related changes are still under discussion, the antioxidant and antiradical activities of blood plasma have been estimated in a homogeneous group of subjects whose individual populations differed in geographic and climatic parameters of their environment. As a result, the dependence of Altaians’ antioxidant system on the geographic and climatic conditions and age has been determined.
