Abstract
Anti-mullerian hormone (AMH), a peptide secreted by pre- and early antral follicles, is a promising biomarker of oocyte aging, since it predicts response to outcome after IVF, but little is know about what ovarian factors determine AMH levels in women. Are AMH levels determined by ovarian reserve, i.e. number of follicles, or by their “quality”?
