Abstract

From the development of international welding power supply technology, it is necessary to study welding power supply digitally in order to realize its future digital development. Based on vector signal processing and using DSP's easy signal processing characteristics, the welding power supply can meet the welding process performance requirements of various materials through software programming according to different welding process requirements. The interference sources that affect the normal operation of welding power supply are analyzed in detail, and the measures to prevent interference sources when designing welding power supply are put forward. By feeding back the peak arc current through the average arc voltage, the external characteristic slope of the welding power supply is adjusted, and the automatic adjustment of the arc in the welding process under the condition of full constant current is realized. These design measures can ensure that the welding power supply is free from interference and make the welding machine work normally and reliably.
