Abstract

The serum of Walker tumor-bearing rats contains antigens which give an immunological response with rabbit anti-Walker antibodies. These antigens are located in the albumin fraction of the serum. The albumins of the normal and cancerous rats have different migration rates during electrophoresis and different levels of polysaccharides.
