Abstract

We observe 2- and 3-pulse echoes in CsMnF3 at 2°K, by pulsing the antiferromagnetic resonance. The 2-pulse echoes have a short decay time <0.2 μsec while the 3-pulse echo decay is quite long, >1 sec. The 3-pulse echo is thought to result from indirect excitation of 55Mn nuclear spins which are strongly coupled to the AFR mode. The AFR echo shows double resonance effects at all four NMR modes.
