Abstract

Abstract: The Manchurian walnut (Juglans mandshurica Maxim.) is rich in proteins, whereas this resource has not been used efficiently. The antifatigue, antioxidative and immunoregulatory effects of Manchurian walnut hydrolysate peptides (MWHPs) were evaluated in this study.
