Abstract

Abstract The aim of this article is to provide a bird's eye view of racial discrimination law in Britain. This approach is to facilitate the exploration of comparisons with other contributors to this issue in their examination of law and practice elsewhere. While there is some reference to detail it is primarily by way of illustration with the main focus being on structural issues.
