Abstract
Background: Vitamin K antagonists (VKA) decrease the risk of stroke by 60% in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). Time in therapeutic range (TTR) is a measure of anticoagulation therapy. TTR > 65% is essential for patients to benefit from anticoagulation therapy. TTR among the Asian population is poor but there is paucity of data on the predictors of poor TTR in this population.
