Abstract
In the present study , Madagascar Periwinkle Catharanthus roseus (L.)G.Donalkaloids were evaluated against two cancer cell lines :larynx human cancer cell line Hep2,andmousebreastcancercelllineAMN3,byusingfour concentrationsfor each cell line (25,12.5,6,25,3.125)mg/ml(in triplicate).and it has been found that alkaloids showedhighest activity against larynx human cancer cell line Hep-2 ,while exhibited weak activityagainst mouse breast cancer cell line AMN3 compared with control treatment.
