Abstract
Oleanolic acid (OA),a pentacyclic triterpenoid,possesses a variety of pharmacological activities,such as hepatoprotective effect,anti-inflammatory,enhancing immunity.Recently,many studies show that OA has inhibitory effects on the growth of many tumors and is a kind of potential anti-tumor drug.Itsanti-tumor mechanisms mainly include regulating signaling pathway,arresting cell cycle,inducing apoptosis,anti-angiogenesis,inhibiting tumor invasion and so on.
