Abstract
Dermatomyositis is frequently accompanied by interstitial lung disease. This varies greatly in severity, from an asymptomatic imaging finding to a fatal rapidly progressive disease. We present a successfully treated case of rapidly progressive anti-Ro 52 positive dermatomyositis-related interstitial lung disease with accompanying images. Figure 1.
