Abstract

Tumor Therapy In article number 2102315 by Wenhu Zhou and co-workers, a metal-phenolic network (MPN) nanoplatform with all-active components is constructed via coordination between tannic acid (TA) and metal ion complex of Fe3+/Mn2+, through which a PD-L1 inhibiting DNAzyme (DZ) is loaded. With external laser irradiation, PTT is initiated to synergize with ferroptosis for enhanced ICD, and the combination of DZ-mediated PD-L1 suppression results in a cyclically amplified tumor ferroptosis-immunotherapy.
