Abstract

Spike Protein of COVID-19 enters cells via ACE2 receptor on the surface of the human cell membrane. Downregulation of ACE2 by the neuraminidase(NA) protein. ACE2 proteins maybe directly cleaved by NA and then degraded through the proteasome pathway. May indicate that S-Protein has a protein structure partially similar to NA. Anti-NA antibodies may be considered to confer protection ACE2 against COVID-19 by binding S-Protein. The presence of a certain number of anti-NA antibodies in children made to promote the prevention of infection and reduce the severe morbidity of COVID-19.
