Abstract

The study determined the predictive equation of prostate cancer from anthropometric parameters. Subjects were recently diagnosed of prostate cancer receiving treatment at the Surgical Outpatient Department of Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC), Ile-Ife, Nigeria with their age and sex matched apparently with healthy individuals from the same vicinity participated from the study. The weight, height, waist circumference (WC), hip circumference (HC) and wrist circumference were measured for the 2 groups.
