Abstract

This book is the fifth, and final, volume of this encyclopaedic mineralogy. The first volume was published in 1990, and the subsequent volumes have appeared at regular intervals over the next 12 years. (The third and fourth volumes were recently reviewed in Geological Magazine , volume 136 , p. 703, 1999 and volume 138 , p. 223, 2001, respectively.)
