Abstract

Spinal cord infarction is rare. Many remain undiagnosed as “acute myelopathies of unknown etiology”. A high clinical suspicious and knowledge of the temporal changes in MRI findings, aid in the diagnosis of this condition. In this report, we report a case of anterior spinal cord infarction and discuss the challenges in its diagnosis.
