Dicephalus twins are an extremely rare type of conjoined twins. Early prenatal diagnosis of this condition is important to provide an opportunity for pregnancy termination. We present such a case which was diagnosed by ultrasound & MRI examination at 18 weeks of gestation and is confirmed after therapeutic abortion with the abortus.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3126/njr.v3i2.9617 Nepalese Journal of Radiology Vol.3(2)July-Dec, 2013: 85-87
