Abstract

Objectives: Antegrade cerebral perfusion (ACP) with mild hypothermia has been introduced into clinical practice for aortic surgery. Some concern remained on spinal chord and visceral organ protection employing this approach, particularly if complex arch pathologies require extended ACP times.
