Abstract

This research analyzed the effect of trust in online travel packages, trust in online payment methods and concerns with respect to privacy online through attitudes towards online offers and promotions, plus the effect of the same on the intention to purchase tourist services online by analysing 120 South American tourists who visited Cochabamba, Bolivia. It was found that,trust in the tourist packages and concerns for the privacy of the information shared online significantly affect attitudes towards offers and promotions. However, trust in online payment methods does not Thus, trust in the tour packages and concerns with respect to the privacy of the information shared indirectly affect the purchase intention.
