Abstract
There were many great comments and comments in Dr. Mitchell's review that I disagreed with and responded to those comments. The editors were pleased with my answers and, taking into account the excellent review of another reviewer, decided to publish the article. Professor Roger H. Mitchell was not satisfied with this decision and accused the editors of being wrong, and wrote a criticism. We took into account all the comments and remarks of the first reviewer and made the necessary corrections and respond to his criticism..
