Abstract

1. A technique of general anaesthesia for Caesarean section is described. 2. It fulfils all the criteria of an ideal anaesthetic, and is one by which the specialist anaesthetist can guarantee a lively baby which cries on delivery. 3. It will secure the friendship and appreciation of the surgeon, and the anaesthetist who uses it is indeed indebted to Gray’s enthusiasm for the use ofd-tubocurarine in Caesarean section.
