Abstract
ANOTHERSTEPTOWARDSELECTRONICJUSTICE The end of 2021 was marked by the adoption of the federal law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation regarding the Regulation of remote participation in court proceedings”, the subject of which were changes aimed at improving the procedure for using electronic documents in court proceedings, as well as securing the possibility of remote participation in court sessions using personal means of communication of users. The analysis of changes in order to form electronic justice is carried out.
