Abstract
Abstract The note draws attention to the description of a manuscript of Chaucer's Treatise on the Astrolabe that appeared in a sale catalogue in 1843. It suggests that the description cannot be identified with any of the manuscripts currently recorded and that it therefore provides evidence of a further copy of this work.
