Abstract

Case Report A 14 year-old white female presented to an outside hospital for evaluation of right upper quadrant pain of one day duration and imaging consistent with choledocholithiasis. She had been developing signs and symptoms consistent with anorexia nervosa for six months preceding her admission. Five months prior to presentation she endorsed restricting her caloric intake, counting calories and exercising up to 2 hours per day during this time in an attempt to have a “healthy” body, as well as, purging.
