Abstract

The results of studies of optical properties of single-layer and double-layer arrays of silver clusters separated by a ZnO film are presented. The arrays of clusters are fabricated via vacuum evaporation and subsequent annealing. All annealed samples exhibit both the surface plasmon resonance and the anomalous transmission effect in the near and middle IR regions.
