Abstract
We measured the cyclotron resonances in n-type and p-type PbSe in a wide temperature range between 19 K and 297 K using ultra-strong magnetic fields generated in a single-turn coil system and observed a large positive temperature dependence of the effective masses ( m ∗). We have given an empirical expression to the temperature dependence of m ∗ at each cyclotron energy in PbSe and PbTe.
