Abstract

Layered LiInP2S6 can trigger an anomalous superionic conductivity of 5.3 × 10−3 S cm−1 in a solid hydrated phase by interlayer molecules uptake, which is enhanced by more than four orders of magnitude compared to that in an anhydrous phase.
