Abstract

The dielectric function derived recently for $\ensuremath{\gamma}<1$, where $\ensuremath{\gamma}$ is the ratio of the field energy to the Fermi energy, is used to evaluate the memory function, width, and shift of the cyclotron resonance lines of two-dimensional electrons. The results are compared with the recent data of Wilson, Allen, and Tsui.
