Abstract

1. 1. Three cases of anomalous left coronary artery arising from the pulmonary artery have been presented. 2. 2. Consideration of the clinical syndrome was emphasized in establishing a proper diagnosis 3. 3. Open heart surgery with the use of a pump oxygenator and elective cardiac arrest is recommended when considering surgical correction of the anomaly.
