Abstract
Recent studies have confirmed that rapid atrioventricular conduction through an anomalous pathway (AP) is responsible for the short PR and altered QRS in some cases of pre-excitation (WPW) syndrome.1â3 The QRS in these cases is the result of fusion between the respective contributions of the derived activation fronts from the anomalous and His pathways.
