Abstract

The potassium salt of nitroanilide dissolved in water has been electrolyzed at copper sheet anodes in the presence of allylamine, thus obtaining coherent homogeneous coatings. The properties and composition of such coating material suggest the occurrence of an oxidative coupling process to form oligomeric structures.
