Abstract
Fe/Zr multilayers with various modulation wavelengths (Λ) were synthesized by sputter deposition. A structure change due to solid state amorphization and crystallization was studied using X-ray diffraction, HRTEM and RBS techniques. It was found that the structure change depends significantly on the annealing temperature and the modulation wavelength.
