Abstract

ON THE COVER Notch3 aggregation is one of the important hallmarks of CADASIL. Confocal microscopy image here shows Notch3 extra cellular domain aggregates (magenta) in the proximity of PDGFRβ‐positive pericytes (red) on lectin‐positive capillaries (green) in a 12‐month‐old transgenic CADASIL mouse brain section.
