Análisis jurídico sobre el otorgamiento de permisos de aprovechamiento forestal en resguardos indígenas en el departamento del Chocó

Abstract

This article has the purpose to show that the forest exploitation is not a phenomena that has impact in collective territories of Colombian afro American communities, but also is done in indian communities; using descriptive analysis method (Tamayo, 2003) also is done legal analysis about the actual state of permits and authorizations granted in Choco department, with specificity in territories of indigenous communities for the use and exploitation of forest resources.
