Abstract

The article analyzes the Social Security Agreement between Mexico and the Kingdom of Spain of 1994 from the perspective of social security as a human right. In this sense, it is divided into 5 sections: The first one specifies the way in which social security is materialized as a human right in Mexico; the second presents an outline of the bilateral relationship between Mexico and Spain through their bilateral agreements; In the third and fourth, the bilateral agreement is properly analyzed: the regimes and types of labor relations to which the agreement applies, as well as benefits and their materialization.
