Abstract

This article focuses on the press typology that is used in the basic training of young people and adults and reveals the prototypesof the educational activities that are designed and developed with it. The investigation considered follows the qualitative methodology and the collection of data is carried out from a double perspective by the analysis of didactic documents. In the conclusion, the utilization of the daily printed newspaper as the most used social communication medium in the education of the group is highlighted. The practices designed and developed with the press center on themes of scientific, technological, social and environmental nature as well as in the analysis of the elements that characteristically structure this medium.
