Abstract

The present research exposes an analysis with focus on the customer through the Production and operation aspects, by also considering the information obtained from the market analysis within the micro and small enterprises in Santa Cruz de Juventino Rosas, Guanajuato; such as looking for what is the relation between these variables. This research was done through the analysis of data from a sample of 377 enterprises using the quantitative research method. The results indicate that there is an approach to the client through the activities concerning the production-operation executed by the enterprises and that in turn these activities are related to market analysis information, making manifest to the importance of the customer satisfaction for the micro and small enterprises concerning the quality from the products and/or services, relevant aspects that should always be considered by the entrepeneurs within strategic activies that can lead to avoid additional costs and maintaining competiviviness.
