Abstract

The influence of fast neutron irradiation at liquid nitrogen temperature on the electrical resistivity of the YBCO single crystals is investigated. It is shown that disorder leads to an exponential growth of resistivity in the direction of CuO layers, the decrease in anisotropy of resistivity and weakening of its temperature dependence as well as to a decrease in the anisotropy of the upper critical field.
