Abstract
AbstractAngle‐resolved photoemission spectra are recorded from cleaved single crystals of GaS, GaSe and the alloy GaS0.6Se0.4. While energy band dispersion curves obtained for the three crystals are very similar, the azimuthal dependences of the emission from the top of the valence bands show considerable differences.
