Abstract

AbstractThe angle resolved photoelectron spectroscopy (ARPES) is performed in most cases on single crystal sample surfaces. Momentum information becomes available in ARPES, facilitating the experimental evaluation of band dispersions. By fully utilizing the energy distribution curves (EDCs) and momentum distribution curves (MDCs), the Fermi surface (FS) topology can be quantitatively estimated.KeywordsFermi SurfaceTopological InsulatorHighly Orient Pyrolytic GraphiteBand DispersionHole PocketThese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors.
