Highlights

Drug-induced edemas were described in the literature, but their pathogenesis differs from that of Hereditary angioedema (HAE)
We think that the presented clinical case will enrich the knowledge of the etiology and pathogenesis of angioedema and attract the interest of different clinical specialists - allergists, immunologists, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, toxicologists and others
Presentation of the case:31 years old man was admitted to the Department of Occupational Diseases performing Clinical Allergology at the University Hospital in Plovdiv with diagnosis Hereditary Angioedema type I
