Abstract
Renal angiomyolipomas are renal hamartomas. They are usually found incidentally, presenting as well-defined echogenic masses on sonography and fat containing tumors on CT and MRI (1). We report a case of angiomyolipoma with sonographic and CT evidence of extension to the renal vein and inferior vena cava.
