Abstract
The angiographic features of polyarteritis nodosa of the kidney were reported in 1965 by Fleming and Stern, but so far no examples have been reported of the use of arteriography in involvement of the mesenteric or hepatic vessels. This report presents a case in which selective arteriography of the renal, coeliac axis and superior mesenteric arteries showed findings considered diagnostic of polyarteritis nodosa.
